I recently upgraded my Powerbook G4 1.5Ghz 15 inch with a clean install of Tiger (after an archive & install failed) and everything is great except whenever I try to create a new user account so I can keep my girlfriend out of my own it silently fails but apparently gets as far as creating the file structure for the new account.

Anyone seen this one before? I tried a Repair Permissions but that had no effect.
