Creating a package from a file (itunes producer 2.1.2)

Ive recently noticed that i can import my meta data into itunes producer instead of manually adding it all.

I cannot for the life of get it to work, ive tried various file formats but im running out of ideas.

It says I can use a tab delimited file or a spreadsheet, ive tried creating a spread sheet with neo office and a tab delimited file with excel 2010. but neither work.

Has anyone else managed to get it to work?
