Possibly a nooby question..
I have an old mbp (first generation) with HDD problems, after asking around it seems that starting it up from an install disc seems to be the only possible sollution (it won't repair using disc utility)
It has OsX 10.4.11 on it and i can "get" a 10.4 install disc *cough* torrent *cough* (lost original disc)
And now the question, if i dl that disc how can i put it on a usb stick (8gb) and how do i start up/repair from it?
