Creating a video poster frame or thumbnail in iOS 14.4

Hi,

I was wandering if there is a way to set a new video poster frame or thumbnail (that I previously select in macOS) into my iPad Air 2 running iOS 14.4

I tried using the Photos app in macOS Big Sur (11.2), but when I sync the video to my iPad I always get a black image (the beginning of the file) as a video thumbnail, even though in my Mac I get the one I previously selected.

Thanks in advance for any pointers!
