Creating an Automator Script to Send Email

Hi, I'm not familiar with using automator but would like to create a script.

I have a list of email addresses on one of my websites.

I'd like to be able to select/highlight one by one and send each one of them a set email.
The email links are not clickable.

Any idea how to do this?

To my understanding, you want to send all of them the same email, but do you want to be able to send the emails all at one time or individually send each mail.

I guess it doesn't matter, but one at a time would be handy
