Hi guys, I'm doing a redesign of a site I maintain and I'm looking to make the site more dynamic and easily updatable. The website is http://www.fwcook.com and is currently just html code that I manually enter.
They are constantly adding new reports that need to be added to 1) the front page's "latest alert letters", 2) publications listed by date page and 3) on a publications listed by topic page. It would be wonderful if I could simply add a new letter through a web-based interface and tag the post with the topic and have it automatically show it on all three pages. I'm web savvy but am not very skilled with PHP or databases in general.
I installed WordPress on my server and it seems like it may be a good solution, however I simply need each new "post" to be a title that when clicked, downloads a PDF. Exactly like it is on my site now. Is this possible with WordPress? If not, what is the solution you would recommend? Thanks for any help.
