Creating folders for your photos if jailbroken

The only thing I want to be able to do with my 3gs os4 that it won't do, is to be able to create folders on my phone to categorize my pictures. Can this be done if I jailbreak it?

Although it's a bit different, the photo widget is something I miss from my android phone that I used for a while.
