Whats the best method for this? The webM project recommend Miro http://www.webmproject.org/tools/ - but this seems very basic, there are no options for quality and every export I do is very low res, does anyone know of any other good options ?

After trying various video conversion solutions and not being happy with the results, I ended up buying Sorenson Squeeze which did the job well. Unfortunately, not cheap at $649... but good.
