Creating ISO Files for a Win7 PC?

bit of an awkward question i know.. but my mom got a win7 hp dm3 and theres some programs she has to install.. If not creating an ISO from her CDs when I open them (is that possible?) and running some kind of virtual drive program on her comp what are my other options? What would be the best (free) program to create the ISOs if there is any?

Disk Utility can do ISOs. Hit up Google if you can't get it to work.

ISO is an industry standard disc image format. It doesn't matter where it was created. Any app that can read ISO files can read ISO files created on a Mac.
