Creating Microsoft Exchange Distribution List on Snow Leopard Address Book

Possibly stupid question, but this is the best place I could think of asking. Is it was possible to create a distribution List on Address Book using Snow Leopard? Whenever I select Edit distribution lists, the only contacts I am able to select are the ones stored locally on my Mac. Is there a way to create a distribution list using contacts stored on an Exchange account?
