Creating New Icons with Five Icon Dock Issues

I've created some new icons to use with the Noki HD theme that work great while they are positioned on the app screen. When I move the icons down the dock while using Five Icon Dock the icon doesn't resize and is larger than the others that are on the dock.

I've tried resizing the actual icon and then uploading to the phone again but this makes no difference. How can I make this work ?

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

never seen icon change size base on its springboard positioning

Might it have something to do with the icon overlays/masks? I've never seen this issue either so pics would be somewhat helpful.

must have been an optical illusion with the theme I was using, but it definately appeared that the dock icons where smaller than the standard ones

what are the actual size in pixels for the icons... must have gotten my sizing way off?
