Creating prints from iPhone photos

I got an amazing shot of my favorite snake today and I'd love to have it blown up on my wall. I'm using a 6S+ and would like it as big and crisp as possible. What should my goal size be??

I'd recommend try it smaller first before paying for a large print. My experience of iPhone photos are they are best viewed on an iPhone. Unless lighting conditions were optimal, the fact that it's 12 megapixel is kind of irrelevant.
Sometimes a canvas print can be a little more forgiving, but not very crisp.
