Creating Slideshow in iDVD??

Trying to create a slideshow in iDvd but the application keeps freezing up on me.

Nothing fancy, no music, just a simple slideshow.

I have 115 pictures I want to turn into a slideshow.
I go thru all the steps to create the slideshow.

In the "Process Slideshow" part, it will get to encoding slides and just freeze up on me.

Any ideas?
