Creating URL's from iWork (numbers) table

Hello everyone, I have a numbers file with a giant column of terms.
I am looking to turn each one into its own URL like so:

http://www.google.com/search?&q=TERM1

http://www.google.com/search?&q=TERM2

http://www.google.com/search?&q=TERM3

I have so many terms that I was wondering if there would be an easier way rather than changing each one individually?

If it's not possible on iWork, I also have Office 2011.
