I have about 300 frames in .bmp format (could be converted to something else) that I would like to concatenate together into a video. I would like to specify the frame rate, if possible. I don't need sound, intro text or anything like that.

I use to do this with iMovie, but I don't have it anymore. Are there any apps out there for OS X or Linux that will do this? I'm not in the mood to install something like jmpeg with a ton of library dependencies, compilation steps, etc. (it's not that I'm lazy -- I don't have time).

Thanks

This is a trivial task for QuickTime Pro.
