Creative Cloud Password

Hi, I'm working with CC and when I login it works fine. When I want to do an update it asks for a different password to actually make the changes. Any idea where I can find this password or how to reset it? See screenshot.

The username I use on the mac comes with a password that changes every few months.

Do you have multiple user accounts on the system? It may be asking for an admin password that would be for the other user.
