Creative Suite 5 Licence question

My CS3 is for one user but I am able to also run it on my laptop. Will I still be able to do this if I upgrade to CS5?

Yes, as long as the laptop uses the same platform as your desktop. If you have Windows on one machine and OS X on the other, then Adobe wants you to buy two CSx licenses, one for each platform. (Only the Lightroom license is not bound to a specific platform.)
