Was demoing illustration programs and came across the Macworld review of Expression 3 from Creaturehouse. The review was favorable, so I thought that I would try it out.
After going to the company's website, you get get sent to a Microsoft hosted page for Expression. Unfortunatly, it looks like Microsoft has eaten another fine company, but the silver lining is that the download for Expression 3 apears to be a 100% fully funtioning copy with no trial expiration time.

I searched through the program itself and found nothing about it being a demo. the README that comes with the program has this title "CREATURE HOUSE EXPRESSION 3.3 FREEWARE".
Is Microsoft giving Expression away until a new version is ready?

Anybody else know anything about this?

Whoa, cool. Thanks for the link. I don't know anything about this program, but from messing around with it, it looks like it's an Illustrator Elements of sorts. Again, thanks for the link, I can use this.

WOW!
the more i play with this program, the more I like it!

if you havent really given Expression a good 20minutes of playtime, you really owe it to yourself!

I had the original Expression - Meta Creations used to have it and they went under, so I'm thinking this had been available for a while.

Its an ok program - but I always ended up doing most my work in Illustrator any way. Its like Painter to Photoshop but for Illustrator.
