Credit card question.....

I had to change the credit card on my Apple Store account before ordering my watch to the one I wanted to use for that purchase.

It has now also updated the card used for iTunes and App Store purchases. If I change the card back to the original, will it change the card being used for the watch order (I don't want this to happen)?
