1 of 2 things:

1. There really is no redesign coming tomorrow. (Based on the lack of leaks through all this, which means the rumor sites are really on top of their game.)

2. Apple is going to be praised after the keynote once the redesigned iPhone 5 is unveiled and they were able to keep it under such tight security.

Usually the night before there's a flurry of little tidbits of information that speak with a very confident tone. But I haven't seen anything like that yet. Also, Apple tends to leak info the night before to make sure expectations are in check. Hell, maybe we'll even get a little snap shot of the iPhone 4S/5 like we did the night before the iPad came out...

Same thing happened with the iPad 2 - nothing other than cases.

Kind of like...... with the iPhone 5 cases.....

The nights before the iPhone 4 and iPad 2 announcements were quiet as well. Just 16 more hours!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A5313e Safari/7534.48.3)

This pre launch has been boring. The last few years were much better. The night before, most people are still unsure what to expect. I have an odd feeling that the iPhone 4S is not a minor upgrade and the S doesn't stand for Speed. You heard it here first. :) :cough:

Hoping your right! :apple:

I don't think we can jump to those conclusions just yet.

Technically the iPhone 4 doesn't count because the phone was seen and leaked three months earlier.

I miss the hype we used to have back in the day before Apple switched to Intel. Remember the eve of the G5 announcement? Those were good times!

I more fondly recall the anticipation before the G5 Powerbook announcement.

It's all nonsense. It's hours until the event, it's not like any last minute changes are going to be made to hardware. The only thing they could be doing right now is going over the software and making final decisions whether or not to discuss certain things that may or may not be ready (like the facebook rumors).
