Hey, check out my groups EP I recorded on my MBP! Be BRUTALLY HONEST and tell me what you think. Comment on the mix, sound quality, production, composition, if you like it or not or whatever you might feel. Just trying to get some unbiased feedback here.

Thanks for the help!

liked it. sounds to me like 'modern english' meets 'the cure'.

liked 'they say' the best. catchy tune, decent lyrics, good production/mix. 'back home' started good, but never went anywhere. also good production/mix. didn't like 'thats alright' as it seems a clone of the first track, the vocals were not good, and it made me grab the mouse to click stop instead of tapping my toes and wanting to hear more.

great effort. look forward to more.

I appreciate the Cure, U2, and British Pop influences, as well as the unique sounds. Ask your drummer not to slow down in the verse and bridge of "Back Home;" keep it moving along.

All the instrumentalists should find an agreement on the energy, feel, and drive that the drummer is setting up for you. There are segments where they are fighting.

Clarity is pretty clear but I would like to hear more of a panoramic sound with all the instruments rather than just the ambient guitar effects. Also, a variety of tempi may be of interest; you have found comfort in the 130 beats per minute range.

Well done for a home recording.
