CRM (customer relationship management) App

I need a CRM app. Doesn't have to handle a 1000 person client base. Would like it to have an online companion site it sync's to. I've tried looking on the app store but couldn't find any.

Any suggestions?

And I need to clarify. I want this to help me manage and keep up with friends and acquaintances lives, not for a business. As my network has grown it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to stay abreast with everything. So I don't need some fancy app that has all sorts of analytics nor can I justify spending a great deal of money on monthly fees.
