I'm looking for software to help two sales people in different locales collaborate and share contact information. One is running a PC, the other a Mac. salesforce.com google apps software seemed pretty promising, I just wanted other opinions. Act? Lotus Notes? Just use Google Apps? Is there any freeware/shareware I should consider?

Just wondering what anyone else might suggest and why.
