new app on iTunes CrocSnap lets you take pictures or choose ones from your photo library, then you can draw on them with some colors. The app lets you immediately save your photos and you can tweet them directly from the app. Just tap the screen four times to erase you drawing, the pic will still be there, but you can switch it out for another from library or camera
