Crop missing from Preview in 10.8

I've opened multiple files in Preview and have found that be it .pdf, .tiff, or jpg, all have crop disabled. I'm not sure how that happend, if it is the file versions that do not allow crop (which would seem odd), or if I triggered something in the app somewhere that disabled it.

Has anyone else noticed crop not working? If crop is working for you in 10.8, can you upload the image you can crop so I can try it on mine?

Crop works fine for me too.

There is no crop button on the main toolbar anymore, but if you click on the "Show Edit Toolbar" button the crop button is there (or press command-k as already noted).
