Cropping 4096x2160 video to 3840x2160 selectively in Premiere Pro?

How can I crop 4096x2160@30 video to 3840x2160@30 in Premiere Pro CC in a way that would allow me to do framing/cropping selectively for each clip? I have the sequence settings in 3840x2160 but that simply crops the original equally on both sides.
