I have some video files which i need to crop (divx format. I have tried ffmpegx, using the autocrop feature, which selects where i want the video cropping perfectly, however the created video file is 0kb so it obviously isnt working.

Just wondering if anyone knows where i am going wrong, or can suggest a better program (auto crop feature would be convenient but batch job support is a must)?

Thanks!

EDIT: BUMP!!!

-----Any suggestions in cropping video files would be much appreciated!

use handbrake, I find its much better than ffmpegx. Get it here

Thanks for the response, however, unless I am being stupid, I cant get handbrake to do anything with my .avi files.

Any directions or other suggestions would be greatly accepted.

Thanks!
