We all know iChat is great but it is Mac only. I thought Skype was good but it can only do video conferencing with one person at a time.

Is there an application that will work on XP (primarily) and Macs that will host multiple video chats (like three people at once)?

iChat may be Mac only but that doesn't mean it doesn't work with Windows. It uses the AIM protocol. All your, less fortunate, Windows users need is a AIM client. At least that's what I've heard, never tried it myself.

Yes, with iChat you can video chat with Windows users using AIM, but multi-person chatting with iChat is iChat-only.

To the OP: You can try TokBox (http://www.tokbox.com/), it's audio/video conferencing through your web browser, but you can download the AIR app. I'm pretty sure it does multi-person video chatting. Check it out.
