The orange looks nice. Thank you so much! Does it move a lot? Is the material flimsy?I ordered this shortly after ordering the iPhone and it arrived the day after. My old phone was already reset and in the return box. So the photo isn’t great, as I took it with my old iPad lol.
I got a chance to use the strap today when I went out. It’s great for my purposes, so I’m glad to have gotten it.

This just looks tragic and screams "look at me, I have the latest iPhone".Apple strap in action on the air with bumper case
I don't live in London. I live in Austin, TX. Stealing phones and pickpocketing isn't a thing here. That's Euro-ghetto behavior, no offense. (My brother is in London and he told me this same thing, lol.) I feel bad for y'all!Try wearing your phone like that walking through London.
I dare you.
It's honestly fine as long as you're not waving your phone around in the tourist hot spots. Just be aware of two people on motorcycles as the one on the back is the one that would grab it out of your hand.I don't live in London. I live in Austin, TX. But I've always wanted to go to London. <3 Will take note of this, haha.
Wonder how comfortable this would be with a 17PM? That’s a heavy phone and I don’t know if having it around your neck would be super comfortable. Does anyone have it?
What has the world come to if you need to hook a strap to a phone and wear it like a purse smfhApple strap in action on the air with bumper case

I would be interested to know how hard it is to snatch a phone with one these on. Surely it harder than just holding it.
My fear is it could lead to potential injury.
At the moment London is rife with criminals on electric bicycles who snatch a handset from one's hand while zooming past. Now, should a crossbody strap be in place, you now have a high speed biker zooming past, attempting to snatch the phone, which is now strapped around your body/neck, and although that should be enough to ensure the phone stays with you and hopefully slip out of the thieves grip, could it also be enough to yank on that strap enough to cause injury - or even worse, a potential fall, which could result in personal injury of a more serious nature - ie, you're yanked forwards and you fall, hitting your head on the concrete floor etc.....extreme case scenario I know, but possible.
Either that or, considering the strap is magnetic anyways, I wonder how much of a tug it needs to come loose in the first instance.......
Personally, I just don't like the look either. Maybe I could possibly use it in a more safer country, the UAE for instance, but even then I'd be more inclined to attach a wrist strap then a full crossbody....)
IDK I'll come in from another angle, my brother bought a book style case that came with a shoulder strap several months ago, long before Apple introduced these. Since it's a book style case, you can't see the phone when it's in there anyway... he bought it because he kept dropping his phone. So far it's helped a lot! I almost never hear that characteristic THUNK sound anymore lol. This just looks tragic and screams "look at me, I have the latest iPhone".
I was planning to use the strap to wear it around my neck like a lanyard. Is it suitable for that? Anyone can take a pic of how it would look? I’d imagine it would have to be adjusted to be shorter. Wearing it like a purse seems odd to me, like it would require a wider motion of the arm to grab.
