Crossover Counter Strike 1.6 - How to get 100 FPS?

I am running Counter Strike 1.6 via steam on Crossover. I am currently only getting around 60-70 FPS. How do I change the settings so that I am getting 100 FPS?

Current Mac Pro 2.66 Ghz quad core
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT

Your eyes only refresh at the equivalent of 86 fps why would you need 100??? surely its super smooth already?

The 7300 gt sucks, so don't expect much out of it for gaming.

Well it is not very smooth. When I am moving around and firing it drops down to around 40-60 FPS.

This is counter strike we are talking about. It is such an old game. Can the 7300 really not handle it??

You're still emulating. Run it in bootcamp for max speed.

Crossover uses WINE, as in Wine Is Not an Emulator
