I used Crossover to install a Windows game on my computer. The game is downloaded; I don't have a disc. Do I need a program like Alcohol or something in addition to Crossover in order to make it work?

Thanks!

I would say it depends. I don't know what alcohol does, but just the cd should work, or, since you don't have one, you may want to verify the illegality. I played counter strike/steam all the time through crossover and it worked fine.

No need to verify the illegality. I'm sure I don't need to tell you why. ;)

I already own the PS version of FFVII, I just wanted the PC version so I could use all the hacks and mods on it. But it's next to near impossible to find a copy these days.

Hmm...

Thank you for replying, though. For being the only person to reply... :(
