Crossover help

i want to play delicious emily's true love game and people have told me to do it on crossover....well i tried and tried but just dont understand what to do at all. if someone could break it down for me step by step or if there is another way to do it i would reallllllllllly appreciate it!

i also tried using wine bottler or something like that but again i don't know what to do exactly so im lost!
