Crossover: Is it a one time buy or do I need to renew a licence every year?

Anybody know If buying a Crossover licence is only done once, or do I need to renew licence every year?
Would that renewal be necessary for the program itself or just for technical support?

I think support is the same, it expires.

But, you can get support elsewhere.
