Crossover with Steam

I would like to know anyone has a solution to fix the crashing upon using Crossover on Steam? It's work for 10.8 but not this Maverick ..

Are you a developer? These issues can be expected in beta. However, I can confirm the native Steam app works.

Ah, yes...now I just feel embarrassed.

just in case you are still looking for a solution to this, the workaround is to download xquartz (http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/) and run it every time before starting crossover. works perfectly for me

There's also a DOTA 2 Mac Beta out there somewhere now.

Anyone found a solution to this? I found that other Bottles such as Office 2007 are crashing as well. I tried to xquartz workaround mentioned above it failed to have any effect. It also seems that Crossover is not able to enter app nap as per Activity Monitor.
