I'm trying to set up an older CRT monitor for use on camera in a video clip I'm shooting. I need to set the refresh rate at 60 hertz, so it will match the camera's shutter speed and avoid flicker. The monitor is being driven by my MacBook Pro, which, for some strange reason, has all options except 75, 85, and 90 Hertz greyed out.

Does anyone know of a way to enable some of these refresh rates? If I can get this monitor at 60 Hz, I should be all set! Thanks in advance! =)

EDIT: Never mind, I figured out a solution. It never fails, the second I finally post a question, I figure out the answer ;-)
