I dont have Trim on Snow Leopard, But i read that Crucial SSD has whats known as garbage collection. How does that work?

Glad to hear it's working for you. Here's garbage collection:

"TRIM works in conjunction with Marvell's garbage collection routine, which runs in the background to reclaim flash pages marked as available by the command. The frequency with which garbage collection is performed depends on how the drive is being used and how much free capacity it has available."

I found that in about 10 seconds by googling 'crucial garbage collection' - clicking the top link, and control-f to search for garbage.
