I have a Crucial M4 drive that was just installed in my 27" 2012. My write speed is about 240 MB/s while my read speed is 520 MB/s. Is this normal? What would cause this? I'm running TRIM Enabler. All others screen shots of their test speed seemed very close in read and write.

That is correct for the M4 drives. Quick Google search confirmed.

My Mac Mini 2011 with Intel 330 180GB gets about the same as your M4. The drives with fast write speed seem to be the Samsung 830, 840pro drives.

Trim will have no immediate effect on the benchmarks. It helps maintain performance over time but does not improve it.

Vertex 4 has really good write speeds too. I have both the Vertex and the M4. Read spedd is what counts most. You probably won't ever notice the diff.
