Crucial M4 RAID setup?

Would someone explain this? I recently upgraded the OEM mac drive to crucial SSD 256GB via CCC under disk utility then the RAID type tab what should be set to what?

To set up any kind of RAID with the m4 you'd need a second SSD due to syncing and capacity issues, amirite?
