I was tired of my compute running so slowly that I bought another GB of RAM (upgrading from just 512 MB). I used MR's Guides on purchasing RAM to scout out some websites, then I found what I needed and decided on Crucial. My GB cost about $112 whereas the next cheapest was $110 + $6 shipping. I chose free shipping from Crucial's site and actually received it yesterday, approximately 24 hours after purchasing it. Yes, I got express mail for free.

I'm not sure if this is customary or an accident but if it were eBay I would definitely give Crucial 5 stars.

Glad to hear it.

I too can attest to Crucial's reliability. My ram was delivered promptly, not to mention the price was great.

Cheers

Crucial has damn good RAM. I added 512 to my G3 to total 1G--popped it in and it worked great. Price was good too, at around $90 a couple of months ago. A lot of posts on the forums complained about bad RAM from less reputable vendors, but everyone seemed to think Crucial was one of the best and most reliable.
