Hey, I've got a Crucial BX100 with MU02 firmware connected to an Apricorn Velocity Solo X1 in a Mac Pro 3,1 used as a scratch disk that keeps disconnecting periodically. Crucial told me it was a problem with the garbage collection and to option boot to let the drive power cycle and fix itself which seems to work but it only does so for about a week or so. I've also unchecked hard drives going to sleep. How can I troubleshoot this as it’s really frustrating to have your scratch disk eject in the middle of a project.
