I just saw there was another update for M4 SSD's http://www.crucial.com/support/ssd/index.aspx?source=web&cpe=m4firmware_us i still can figure out how to install with oout a CD

Make a bootable USB drive to install it.

I assume this means launch disk utility, copy the iso to usb, boot via option/alt key.

Particularly interested in whether anyone has upgraded yet? Currently on a stable 309. Is it easy/possible to downgrade if problems occur? Thanks

I don't think rolling back firmware is a problem, as long as you still have the previous firmware update disc.
