CRYING* Run out of USB PORTS

I have a 22 inch screen, I always hook my MBP to it. Bought a new speaker, and found out it is power by usb port. I already use both of my usb port for my mouse and backlit keyboard. when ever i hook up my MBP to my 22inch screen i like to close my screen and case of this i use my mouse and keyboard.


Any solutions? both Speaker and backlit keyboard is power sucking, if i buy a usb hub will it be able to handle it?

Buy a powered USB hub. Look for it and it will say "powered". If it doesn't then it is not powered.

Having a hub is actually very comfortable. You plug in one cable, and all your devices are up and running

I have a D-Link DUB-H7 powered USB hub and don't have any problems with it.
