Using my MacBook now for several years, I have bought a new one. Now I cannot remember password for sites such as facebook and twitter. When I use KeyChain to show these passwords I only get 34 letter and digits, which is not my password. Are these hex numbers or something related? Can I use a converter of some kind to make the real password visible?

Thanks in advance for help, really appreciate it :)

I'm not sure what you are doing wrong. If you open Keychain app and select the Twitter web page entry, then check the box I have marked, you will be prompted for your Mac's login password. After you enter that the Twitter saved password should be shown in the box in clear text.
