Does anybody know where to get the new Crysis Sandbox/Map Editor, Apparently it did not come with the game....as I just recently found out.

Actually not true. There is away to get it but it falls under the category of 'piracy'.
What I did was download the torrent of the leaked developer edition which contains the latest version of the sandbox editor. It fully is functional and I personally can confirm it works on bootcamp windows 7.
Please support the game and buy the retail copy, that is what I did and I fully support Crytek.
P.s. For OP: it is really AWESOME!
