Crystal Reports replacement?

I've just taken over the technical side of a small office. They've been using Crystal Reports on Windows to do some basic reporting from our databases (MySQL and MS SQL Server). Is there something like this for the Mac? This seems to be the first piece of non-custom software that doesn't have a Mac parallel. I've tried a few things, the most promising of which were probably iReport or Pentaho Report Designer, but nothing even seems to come close to Crystal Reports.
