Only noticed it happening today, and only on the occasional random layer. I've been trying to understand why it chooses certain layers to change behaviour but I haven't been able to work it out, though I'm open to the suggestion that it's something really obvious and my brain is turned off.

Anyone know off the bat why it's doing this? It's pretty irritating and worse, it's really slowing me down today.
