CS6 / Avid on ML

Has anyone who uses premiere or avid, upgraded to ML yet? As i am currently using both suites. (favouring premiere simply because i 'get it') Just wondering if anyone has run into any issues?

I don't use Avid, but can tell you that the CS6 Suite and as well a FCP7 are all running fine with no problems on ML.
