I own and run CS5. Did not upgrade to CS5.5 for reasons of cost/worth.

So do I get a free upgrade to CS6 or do I have to buy CS5.5 first. If so how do CS3,4 etc. get a free update??

Confused and Adobe site as usual a complete maze of double talk ;-)

Help appreciated.

Thank You

You can upgrade from CS5 to CS6. It's not free as you pay for it and it's only allowed for a set time after that the new rules apply.

This is the last time previous users can upgrade with anything other then from the current version to the next. We will see what happens when that time comes....

The way I understand it, if you upgrade to CS5.5 now, you get CS6 for free. No other way to get it free.
