of course i'm not expecting all the settings and everything, and i'm not sad about mixing it all again either, but i just want the audio file edits and positions and tracks intact

i think the generally accepted technique for moving between daws like this is to bounce each track down to a single audio file which can then be imported into into the new software.

think about the plugins that are being used, you may want to bounce with them, without them, or maybe just with a select few.
