Hello. New to this site. And I wanted to see whom has the same experience as this tale.

Well, my computer is on, but the little lit button doesn't want to come on, and its not letting me see any info on the monitor and the computer mouse isn't working either (red). Could this be a sign of a bad video card or that tiny little battery that's in the computer?

I appreciate all the help I can get!

I'd love to help, but you need to give a few more details (type of mac, etc.) and describe the "little light thing" as I can only guess as to what you mean.

All will be resolved in the end, don't worry.

Sounds like a logic board or graphics card? This isn't the symptom of a dead Lithium battery. A broken Cube is indeed what you have, and it doesn't sound good. You try another monitor and/or make sure its plugged in good and tight.

Well it's a Cube obviously, but I'm still not sure I understand the symptoms. It sounds like the light under the touch button is not lighting. With no video or anything else happening, I don't see how it can be described as "on."

First wild guess: the DC-DC board.
